Guarantee
Airline shipments
We guarantee live arrival on all of our fishes. We only accept responsibility
for the dead in the bag before it is opened. We have no control of the livestock
once it is in your tank.
Please comply with our acclimation procedures to reduce your losses. Ask us when
you place your order to send a copy of acclimation procedures. Since our fish
are packed in a special way you need to know the proven way to acclimate our
fish.
All orders are packed for 48 hours in transit. Any loss because of delayed
shipments over 48 hours or damaged boxes must be filed with the airlines.
Please follow the procedures listed below to file a claim
for D.O.A. livestock and discrepancies. If a discrepancy should occur on your
invoice, please note next to the item it pertains to on the invoice.
1. Indicate quantity of dead on arrivals (D.O.A.) or discrepancies next to the
item.
2. Place tails between a double layer of paper
towels and sprinkle them with salt (this will preserves the tails). Fold towel
and put them inside a zip lock bag and seal. Sending in the whole fish will void
the guarantee.
Which tail : fish that are priced $2.00 each or more.
3. Put the zip lock bag inside an envelope with a copy of the invoice. (The
Invoice must be included with the tails for credit to be issued).
4. Mail the envelope the same day the shipment is received. A late postmark will
void the guarantee.
5. Any Claims or Refunds will be issue by credits for next order only.
There is no guarantee on livestock unless:
1. The customer takes the best available flight.
2. The customer picks the shipment up within 2 hours after flight arrival.
3. The Invoice with any D.O.A. is mailed the same day as shipment is received.
Do not fax and no phone calls please.
4. Delivered to your door or picked up at airport. No guarantee if picked up at
our facility.
Customers are expected to pick up all shipments. Any refusal of a shipment will
end any future shipments. All problems can be worked out within reason.
Fish Corner understands proof of loss is inconvenient; however, we have found
this helps us keep our prices lower when we have accurate D.O.A. Reporting.
Terms and Conditions
1. We accept Cash, Money Order or Cashier’s Check. Company Check acceptable,
upon approved Company Check application.
No Personal check or Credit Cards will be accepted, no exception!
2. To insure your order to be ship from our farm, in Thailand, a 50% deposit, of
the total cost of the order, must be paid at the time of the order. The balance
transaction must be complete before your shipment can be sent to you.
3. All transactions must be complete before the shipment can occur.
4. $100.00 Minimum per order.
5. We priced all of our fishes according to their quality. No fish will be for
sale over its quality and its value, nor will it be sale for less.
6. Any Claims or Refunds will only be issue by Credits for next order only.
7. All Price are subject to change without notice.
8. All prices are F.O.B., Piedmont Triad International Airport, and G.S.O.
9. Shipping Delta Dash is available for Prepaid customers only.
10. Box charge is $3.00 per box.
11. There will be a $30.00 charge for all return Checks.
12. The Past Due Balance, must be paid in full, before we will take the next
Order.
